About Defining Heights Personal Training and Fitness

Darrin Hughley, owner of Defining Heights, has worked with athletes for 10 years professionally. As a beneficiary of being a multi-sport athlete for most of his life he has an innate passion for athletics and health and wellness. Darrin is a CFT (certified fitness trainer), SSC (Specialist in Strength and Conditioning) , strength and conditioning coach. and CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) He has also coached, basketball, football volleyball and has trained athletes from grade school to professionally in various sports including golf, basketball, football, hockey, and volleyball.

My objective is to create a fitness and performance centered environment that focuses on enhancing overall fitness and athletic abilities. I will promote the success of my clients meeting their fitness/ athletic goals. I will continue to raise confidence and celebrates successes as we continue to set new fitness and performance goals
